Introduction
Adding your Twitter account in your FeedBurner account is actually to socialize your site feed by connecting your feed to the real-time Social Media site by means of optimizing SMO (Social Media Optimization) in search engine results.
FeedBurner provides this type of publicizing by automatically post updates from your feed to your Twitter account. That is how this service/system works. In other words of explanation, you only need to regularly update your blog content by publishing new post(s) or updating the existing content with new add up of details or info as extension.
How to activate the system?
To activate the system, log in to your FeedBurner account, click on the feed name and you'll be brought to the area of services (page) completely with the provided five (5) tabs in a row and from left to right there are; Analyze, Optimize, Publicize, Monetize, and Troubleshootize.
Click on the Publicize tab, look on the left column/sidebar under SERVICES lists/options, click the Socialize option. There are three (3) main settings for you to configure; Select Account, Formatting Options, and Item Selection; and there is also Sample Item Preview for you to see the configured items to your satisfaction before you click on the Save button at the bottom part of the page to activate the system.
After you've clicked the Save button, you'll be receiving an immediate notification displaying This service is active. Meaning that, it's ready to be added to your Twitter account. Scroll up and back to the provided Add a Twitter account button. Click the Add a Twitter account button.
OTHER SERVICES UNDER PUBLICIZE TAB
While on that page, you can activate other services and below are examples how I make use it and published in this post.
